Topic came up at New Year's lunch today, what are some astonishingly bad movies with a surprisingly strong cast?

Two we discussed:

Sphere, starring Samuel L Jackson, Liev Schreiber, Sharon Stone, and Dustin Hoffman; has a whopping 13% on Rotten Tomatoes

Krippendorf's Tribe, starring Natasha Lyonne, Jenna Elfman, Lily Tomlin, Richard Dreyfuss, and Stephen Root; has a (frankly generous) 17% on Rotten Tomatoes

I'm interested in both subjective hot takes as well as quantitative research (oscar noms-to-tomatometer ratio, maybe??) if you have it.
