THURSDAY'S GAMES

GIRLS

ALMA 43, GREENBRIER 39 Brooklyn Holt and Jordan Gramlich each scored 15 points to lead Alma (3-1) to its third straight victory. Olivia Hughes knocked down two free throws with less than six seconds left to seal it for the Lady Airedales. Jada Steele had 10 points Greenbrier (3-1). Jalaina Turbeville ended with eight points.

LAKE HAMILTON 64, GREENWOOD 58 Hayley Ferguson broke loose for 29 points as Lake Hamilton (2-3) outlasted the defending Class 5A state champions. Disyah Christon scored 10 points and Saniyah Cook responded with eight points for the Lady Wolves, who ended a two-game slide.

MILLS 61, SYLVAN HILLS 44 Jermera Streets poured in 15 points as Mills (3-2) ran over the Lady Bears. Makenzie King had 13 points and Kirsten Johnson delivered 12 points for the Lady Comets, who finished with 18 steals in the game.

POYEN 51, BENTON HARMONY GROVE 27 Kenady Barrett scored 20 points to power Poyen (3-1) past the Lady Cardinals. Sophie Beard ended with 11 points for the Lady Indians. Kinley Carter had nine points for Benton Harmony Grove (3-2), which lost for the second game in a row.

PULASKI ACADEMY 61, MOUNT ST. MARY 33 Randi Stewart finished with 18 points and six steals to lead Pulaski Academy (5-0) to the Heavenly Hoops Tournament title at Mount St. Mary in Little Rock. Sophia Boyd had nine points and four assists, and Greenlee Elmore tacked on nine points and seven rebounds for the Lady Bruins.

SALEM 48, HIGHLAND 46 Jailyn Strong had 17 points to keep Salem (3-0) unbeaten. Alli Smith scored 12 points for the Lady Greyhounds.

SPRINGDALE HAR-BER 62, CHARLESTON 34 Brooklyn Owens and Makenlie Campbell finished with 14 points in the win for Har-Ber (3-1). Jazmine McCarther came up with 12 points and Madisen Campbell had nine points for the Lady Wildcats.

WONDERVIEW 67, JASPER 64 Kyah Simmons put in 25 points to lift Wonderview (6-4) in the consolation bracket of the First Service Bank Tournament in Clinton. Jeslyn Ward scored 15 points and Shaelyn Dockery tallied 13 points for the Lady Daredevils, who trailed 36-27 at halftime. Lyla Raulston led Jasper (4-5) with 28 points. Laney Daniels followed with 16 points.

BOYS

ARKADELPHIA 66, BAUXITE 59 O.B. Roberts' 27 points was pivotal in a comeback for Arkadelphia (3-1). Isaac Williams scored 18 points and James Elgas provided 15 points for the Badgers.

LAKE HAMILTON 60, GREENWOOD 35 Zane Pennington finished with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists to steer Lake Hamilton (3-0) to another victory in the Lake Hamilton Classic in Pearcy. Vic Easter had 9 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds for the Wolves. Nate Vance contributed seven points and nine rebounds.

MILLS 79, SYLVAN HILLS 58 Anthony Hester finished with 22 points and six rebounds to push Mills (4-0) past its Pulaski County rivals. Zaylin Rowland had 14 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds, and both Maziyah Curry and Joseph Bell had 12 points for the Comets. Tyson Thompson chimed in with 10 points.

NETTLETON 56, ALMA 34 Kobe Jamison's 21 points carried Nettleton (3-0) at the Empower Invitational Tournament in Brookland.

WATSON CHAPL 68, WONDERVIEW 54 Joe Dockett raked in 22 points in a win for Watson Chapel (2-1) during the First Service Bank Classic in Clinton. Kevin Marcus scored 10 points and Malyk Williams ended with nine points for the Wildcats. Ethan Kelley was the leading scorer for Wonderview (7-4) with 21 points.. Cayleb Stobaugh connected for 14 points, and Rowdy Warren put up 12 points for the Daredevils.

GIRLS

VALLEY SPRINGS 65, BIGELOW 62 Macy Willis collected 14 of her 21 points in the first half to help Valley Springs (6-2) slide past the Lady Panthers in the First Service Bank Tournament in Clinton. Tayla Trammell scored 13 points for the Lady Tigers. Bella Johnson finished with 18 points and Briley Starks netted 16 points for Bigelow (2-3). Kate Wood also had 15 points, while Bryn Weaver came up with 12 points in defeat.

WEST SIDE GREERS FERRY 57, HARRISON 35 Kately Cornett drained 16 points and pulled down nine rebounds as West Side Greers Ferry (10-0) whipped the Lady Goblins in the First Service Bank Tournament in Clinton. Addie Overturff had 12 points and three steals, Eden Murphree put up 10 points and seven rebounds, and Lainee Gentry tallied 8 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists for the Lady Eagles. Ashlyn Cossey also added 7 points, 14 rebounds and 9 assists in the win. Eliza Barger's 10 points led Harrison (2-1). London Lee and Brynne Bonds both countered with seven points each.
