For over 10,000 years, the indigenous people of the land where Concord, Massachusetts, sits knew this area as Musketaquid, or the land between the grassy rivers. Join AARP Massachusetts to explore the history of the first people and how they lived in a land of abundance, seeking to keep in balance with their mother, the natural world that sustained them always.

What happened when cultures collided after European fur traders and English settlers arrived in the 17th century? We'll examine how those events shaped the world of the indigenous people of Massachusetts today.
