From the outside, CNI College looks a lot more like a hospital than a career college. And inside it can look a lot like a hospital too. That's the point.
Established in Santa Ana in 1994, the college provides accredited nursing and health services training for proficient English-speaking students, who can earn a Master of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or a RN-to-BSN Degree Completion Program, as well as complete programs in AOS Magnetic Resonance Imaging (or MRIs), AOS Surgical Technology and Vocational Nursing Diplomas.
Moving to Costa Mesa, then to Orange, CNI returned to Santa Ana for good with a 52,000-square foot permanent campus featuring fully equipped classrooms for medical, pharmacy, and personal training as well as computer labs, a library, student union and various student support spaces.
Students also get to use high-tech mannequins that simulate childbirth, and safely practice vital training in a realistic environment. From there, aspiring health professionals can take their particular skills to the new levels before entering actual clinical settings.
"Good school to start. I was graduated LVN at this school," says Amy N. of Fountain Valley on Yelp. "I like this school. I like all the teachers and staff there."
