Chris then stops at Korea Garden in Houston for an interactive barbecue experience where guests grill their own meat and vegetable on tabletop grills. Chris explains the process of ordering and cooking the Korean barbecue way.

While the fresh grilled meat is the star of the meal, guests won't want to miss out on the banchan - side dishes that are customary in Korean meals. Banchan are unique to each restaurant and at Korea Garden, they include everything from kimchi to dried anchovies and gochujang-coated potatoes.
