Senior dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives in absolute bliss for the unconditional love they've bestowed upon us. For senior Staffy, Zeus, that means getting his very own custom chair lift so he can keep up with the life he loves.
It's beyond heartwarming to watch a good boy like Zeus receive the royal treatment, and you can tell he's grateful he can still go up and down the stairs without pain. Check this stud out!
Thanks to The Senior Staffy Club (@seniorstaffyclub), Zeus found his forever home, where he's loved and cared for through the end of his days. Though we don't know much else about this beautiful boy, the video alone is proof he got his second chance, and it couldn't be sweeter.
This is 100% the content the world needs more of. Zeus is in good hands and this special gift they've given him is putting everyone in their feelings.
"I can see Zeus is ruling the roost there," one person wrote, while another shared "my heart has just burst with cuteness overload." Another fan offered praise writing, "what lovely 'suppawtive' parents you have, Zeus, while another simply stated this rescue Staffy is "absolutely living the dream."
We love to see it. Every pup deserves this kind of happy ending.

About the Senior Staffy Club
Admittedly, I'm biased when it comes to all the Staffys in search of a loving home because we adopted my senior Staffy, Franklin, who'd all but given up on anyone taking interest in him. And though he's living with terminal cancer, our lives have been forever changed by this sweet boy.
That's exactly why organizations like the Senior Staffy Club matter. With older dogs overlooked in general, it becomes twice as hard to find them a suitable home when they're a Bully breed.
Based in the U.K., the SSC rescues and re-homes Staffordshire Bull Terriers and Staffy mixed breed dogs who are ages 7 and up. They also recruit fosters who provide temporary living quarters while the search for the perfect family continues, while simultaneously educating communities about the welfare needs of senior pups like Zeus.
There are similar organizations in the U.S. focused on highlighting the amazing traits of Staffys and their Bull Terrier counterparts, such as the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club of America, who lists their rescue dogs available for adoption, or The Bully Sanctuary, who provides resources and support while highlighting the many "Pit Bull" pups in need of homes.
When you factor age into a Bully breed's chances of adoption, it can take even longer to give these cuties a home. That said, if Zeus inspires anything today, let it be if you're looking to adopt, give a senior a try. And if they're a Staffy like my Franklin, you'll have a truly blessed life.
