I've never fasted very much. I've never done any kind of more serious dieting and despite some careless periods in terms of nutrition, I've never been particularly overweight, ever. However, I started fasting until 18:00 every day a couple of months ago, and this is because of a medication that I have been given for the swelling in my skull due to my cyst and how it affects my left inner ear (and the vision in my left eye) created lean breed of particularly remarkable parity. During April and May, I blew out most of what I ate, about ten minutes after it was swallowed. The medications were thrown away, I started fasting to let my stomach rest and heal itself - and since then I've continued. Basically just to fix the stomach. A broken stomach.
Today I never eat anything until the clock strikes 18:00 and that suits me perfectly. Which I never thought. I never thought I would cross the threshold of a life situation where fasting did not cause headaches, shaky hands and a massive feeling of hunger. But after about six weeks, my body switched over, and I suppose I helped my built-in insulin machine work more smoothly and efficiently.
The biggest surprise with this fasting is how much better my energy at the gym is. I've been going to the gym on an empty stomach for two months now and it's been absolutely amazing. Damn-tas-tic. I have twice as much energy, twice as much push and twice as much fucking embrace, in me. Lovely and now I'm most looking forward to not eating in relation to how it has always been - quite the opposite.
