The 2024 AFL Women's season is about to reach its conclusion, with the preliminary finals to play out this weekend.

It's do or die for the four teams remaining as they battle for the two spots in this year's grand final.

North Melbourne and Port Adelaide will go toe-to-toe on Saturday afternoon before Brisbane and Adelaide face off in the evening.

In the lead-up, the league will host its prestigious W Awards on Monday, November 25, where the AFLW best and fairest winner will be unveiled.

A time slot is yet to be confirmed for the match.

Last year's decider began at 2:30 pm AEDT, although there is a possibility of a night match in 2024.

The AFLW grand final has typically showcased Australian artists and this year will be no exception, with pop-rock group Lime Cordiale locked in to perform in the pre-game entertainment.

The group has won two ARIA awards and amassed over 500 million streams on Spotify.

Ticketing details for the AFLW grand final have not yet been announced.

Typically, they have gone on sale the Monday before the game, with club members given purchasing priority before the general public.
