NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Those looking for temporary or even long-term positions for the holidays might find some luck with new seasonal jobs from Amazon.

The tech and e-commerce giant will be hiring 250,000 people nationwide for the holiday rush between October to December. Open positions will be posted weekly online over the three months.

Full-time and part-time positions will pay an average of $23 per hour with benefits, while temporary seasonal positions will pay a little over $19 per hour. Employees who get full-time positions will get to take advantage of benefits such as health care and paid tuition for college.

Some of the jobs available include delivery station warehouse associate, sortation center warehouse associate, fulfillment center warehouse associate, and more.
