The media and Democrat Party are trying to dissect what went wrong in the 2024 election.
Kamala Harris and her allies aren't going to like the stone cold truth of why she lost.
And Barron Trump doomed Kamala Harris with one game-changing piece of advice.
Donald Trump completed the greatest political comeback in history by winning a landslide re-election victory.
Trump won the popular vote and the biggest electoral college margin by a Republican since 1988.
And Trump scored this win using the most unconventional media strategy in American politics.
Trump instead made a media tour of podcasts like Joe Rogan's that helped him reach nontraditional, low-propensity voters - especially men.
The gambit paid off, as Trump won male voters aged 18-29 outright on the way to winning the popular vote.
In an interview with Fox News, Melania Trump revealed that Barron Trump was the originator of the podcast strategy.
"I'm very proud of [Barron] about his knowledge, about politics, and giving advice to his father," Melania Trump stated.
Barron is an 18-year-old college freshman taking classes at New York University.
Melania Trump said Barron being of the generation the Trump campaign set out to reach proved critical, as Barron provided advice on what podcasts Trump needed to appear on.
"He knows nowadays the younger generation, they don't sit in front of TV anymore. They are all on the tablets, they're on the phones and all of these podcasts and streamers," Melania continued.
"He was very vocal, and he gave advice to his father. And it was incredible how he brought in success, because he knew exactly who his father needed to contact and to talk to," Melania added.
CNN's Van Jones agreed.
In a New York Times panel discussion about the election, Jones admitted the day of the big media organizations was over thanks to Americans ditching cable for streaming services and social media allowing proliferation of content creators to generate massive reach.
Jones compared Joe Rogan - whose average episode reaches 14,000,000 listeners - to the dwindling audience of cable news channels.
"The mainstream has become fringe and the fringe has become mainstream. There are platforms, there are people out there that are getting 14 million streams and we're on cable news getting 1-2 million," Jones stated.
"Donald Trump understood that and we didn't," Jones added.
Donald Trump's interview with Joe Rogan turned out to be the biggest interview ever in American politics.
The episode amassed 45,000,000 views on YouTube alone.
Trump reached voters that Kamala Harris - with her $1.5 billion war chest - had no hope of communicating with because she ran a traditional media campaign consisting of TV commercials and very rare interviews with television networks.
