A house that sold for $4.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Princeton in the past week.

In total, 23 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $1 million. The average price per square foot was $588.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,258-square-foot condominium at 307 Trinity Court APT4 in Princeton has been sold. The price was $445,000, $354 per square foot. The deal was finalized on Oct. 30.

A condominium at 11 Birchwood Court in Princeton, has been sold. The price was $550,000. The condominium was built in 2000 and has a living area of 1,870 square feet. The price per square foot was $294. The deal was finalized on Oct. 29.
