Broadband offers are tumbling across the board, with numerous UK providers launching big Black Friday promotions. Sky is among those reshuffling its prices as well.
The television and broadband firm has brought back its slower-speed broadband packages, including the 100Mb bundle at £26 monthly, which it's billing as its "lowest price ever".
Sky claims its broadband reaches 60% of households nationwide through Openreach infrastructure; nevertheless, when examining value and competitive offers, there are considerably superior alternatives on the market.

We've previously spotlighted Virgin Media's excellent broadband packages, including its M500 and Gig1 options priced at £27.99 and £29.99 respectively. In comparison to Sky's rates, consumers can secure a far better proposition by spending just a couple of pounds extra each month.
Virgin Media is also offering three months free on its broadband and £200 bill credit for a limited time. The sole drawback with Virgin Media's packages is that not every household can access Virgin Media's network, which rules out numerous properties from this offer.
Nevertheless, another excellent provider worth considering that's also presenting highly competitive rates is Vodafone, reports Birmingham Live. Vodafone utilises the Openreach infrastructure - identical to Sky and EE - which means significantly more households will be able to obtain Vodafone's broadband.
It provides up to £200 towards exit charges for those wishing to transfer from their previous supplier. Packages begin at £27 monthly for 500Mb broadband speeds.
The sole disadvantage with Vodafone is its customer support, which numerous reviewers have taken issue with in their feedback. There's also Plusnet, which has garnered multiple accolades for its broadband provision from organisations including Which?, USwitch, and Broadband Genie, owing to its competitive pricing and outstanding customer support.
That said, it comes at a slightly higher cost, with tariffs beginning at £29.99 monthly for its Full Fibre 500 package, though it does provide slower options, such as its Full Fibre 145, available for £24.99 per month.
Among all the suppliers we've highlighted, USwitch awarded Plusnet the highest rating due to its speeds, pricing and customer care.
USwitch said: "You should certainly consider Plusnet if you mainly care about getting a strong, reliable, simple broadband connection for a good price.
"But if you're a heavy user of the internet, live in a big house with lots of devices on the go, or watch a lot of pay-TV, you might be better suited to a provider that offers a wider range of services.
"While the provider isn't well-known for its internet speed, its packages will still be plenty for many households. And, at a time when everything costs more than it used to, the value offered here could be too good to turn down."
