After a nine-year break, Mahhi Vij returns to television with Seher Hone Ko Hai on Colors TV, starring alongside Parth Samthaan, Rishita Kothari, and Vaquar Shaikh. Her biggest cheerleader? Husband Jay Bhanushali, who has shown unwavering support for her comeback.

This comes amid rumours of their separation. Jay Bhanushali shared a clip of Mahhi Vij's show Seher Hone Ko Hai on his Instagram Stories, captioning it: "Watch Seher Hone Ko Hai tonight at 10 pm on Colors TV. Mahhi Vij, all the best -- the 1st episode is rocking!"

Seher Hone Ko Hai: Storyline

The television series Seher Hone Ko Hai tells the story of a mother's courage in supporting her daughter's dreams. Produced by Richa Yamini, the show features Rishita Kothari, a social media personality and debutant actor, as Seher, with Parth Samthaan playing Mahid Niyazi. Mahhi Vij takes on the role of Seher's mother, Kausar.

Mahhi Vij And Jay Bhanushali's Separation Rumours

Earlier, a Hindustan Times report claimed that Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij filed for divorce a few months ago after being apart for some time. "Much was tried, but nothing changed. Separation happened a long time ago. They filed for divorce a couple of months back. The papers have been signed and finalised in July-August, and the custody of the kids has also been decided upon," a source told the portal.

However, Mahhi Vij refuted divorce rumours and even labelled all the reports going viral as "false narratives".

Mahhi and Jay married in 2011 and have three children: daughter Tara (born 2019) and foster children Rajveer and Khushi, whom they welcomed in 2017.

Mahhi is best known for her memorable roles as Nakusha in Laagi Tujhse Lagan and Nandini in Balika Vadhu. She has also appeared in numerous television episodes, films, and music videos. Her film debut was in the Malayalam movie Aparichithan, starring Mammootty. Mahhi was last seen in the 2018 series Laal Ishq.
