IndexPDX Is Closing Its Portland Store in January

IndexPDX first opened in 2013 and has since established itself as a prime destination for sneaker fans near and far, thanks to its diverse selection of both GR and rare styles. IndexPDX also prides itself on having fair pricing for its consigned sneakers, unlike the marked-up prices associated with the bigger-name consignment stores.

"As of Friday, January 30th, we will be closing our brick and mortar in Chinatown and reducing our operations to online only. Let's not mourn this as a loss, but rather celebrate it as an end of an era. Celebrate the memorable times we've had at Index, our epic anniversary parties, the impact we've made in our community and the people we've met throughout the years, creating connections and friendships that'll last a lifetime," IndexPDX wrote in the Instagram caption.

Despite the closure of its storefront, IndexPDX said it isn't shuttering its business completely. The store confirmed that it will be shifting its operations to online only come early next year.
