OnePlus has just unveiled its next-gen flagship phone - OnePlus 15 in its home country, China, and an India launch is expected shortly after. The company has already launched a microsite on the OnePlus India website, teasing the handset's imminent arrival and a few key specifications. The upcoming flagship is confirmed to come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. While the Indian microsite doesn't reveal many details, it is expected to pack similar features as its Chinese counterparts.

The OnePlus 15 microsite on the company's India portal teases that "something special" will be revealed on October 29. While many speculate that this could be an India-specific announcement or a launch date reveal, OnePlus hasn't officially confirmed it yet. Notably, the India launch is expected within the first week of November.
The upcoming OnePlus 15 will pack eight new performance-focused technologies, setting a new benchmark for mobile gaming and multitasking. Under the hood, the phone will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a massive 7,300mAh battery supporting 120W Super Flash wired and 50W Wireless Flash Charge. OnePlus is also introducing the G2 gaming network chip.
For gamers, the device debuts Android's first Touch Display Sync technology for ultra-fast touch response, along with a new "Glacier" cooling system that uses aerogel insulation and an ultra-thin vapour chamber to maintain thermal efficiency during extended gaming sessions.

The OnePlus 15 will feature a 1.5K BOE Flexible Oriental OLED display with a buttery-smooth 165Hz refresh rate. On the camera front, it sports a redesigned square triple-camera module led by a 50MP primary sensor. The device runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 and will be available in Absolute Black, Misty Purple, and Sand Dune finishes.
