Nia Sanchez and Daniel Booko are about to have four children under 4.
The "Valley" stars announced Thursday that the former pageant queen, 34, is pregnant -- and the news was a "complete surprise."
Sanchez and the actor, 41, told Us Weekly they had initially "had a plan" to wait until "early 2025" to start trying to expand their family after welcoming twin daughters Zariah and Isabelle in June 2023.
"This was a little bit earlier than our plan," the expectant reality star, who is also the mother of son Asher, 3, admitted. "But we figured this baby needed to come at a certain time. ... I think we're just gonna go for a football team."
Miss USA 2014 was "shocked" when she found out she is expecting but welcoming the chance to "do it all close together."
She explained, "If I'm gonna go through it, we might as well get all these kids out. And then I can get back to being myself."
Sanchez knew her husband would "have a full mix of emotions" when she told him on his birthday in October.
Booko gushed to the magazine about how "blessed" he feels, noting that he "grew up in a family of six" and loved the "fun, wild and exciting upbringing."
The couple has been married since October 2015.
They became parents six years later when Asher arrived, followed by Zariah and Isabella on Father's Day 2023.
Sanchez's postpartum experience was documented on Season 1 of "The Valley," which premiered on Bravo earlier this year.
As for the sex of Sanchez and Booko's fourth child, the duo are waiting to open "an email in the[ir] inbox ... in some special way."
