Although the Broncos ultimately fell short in securing the victory in Week 10, Nix showed his resolve in Week 11 when he posted his best statistical performance up to that point in a dominating 38-6 win over the Atlanta Falcons.
Nix completed 28-of-33 passes for 307 yards, four touchdowns and a 145.0 passer rating, which was the second-highest single-game mark in franchise history. With the performance, he became the first rookie in NFL history to throw for at least 300 yards and four touchdowns while completing at least 80 percent of his passes. Nix once again earned NFL Rookie of the Week honors, and he was also recognized as the AFC Offensive Player of the Week as well as a FedEx Air & Ground Player of the Week.
