Darrel Wilson of CúChulainn Archers took first place and the gold medal
Members of the CúChulainn Archers made their way north to compete in the 2025 Northern Ireland and Open Field Championships.
The two-day event was hosted by Ballyvalley Archers in Banbridge and held at Greenmount Campus in Antrim and saw strong performances from the Louth club.

Four members competed with excellent results. Leading the way was Darrel Wilson, who claimed gold in the Senior Compound Men's category.
In the Compound Masters division, Gilbert McClelland took gold, while Phillip Fitzpatrick earned a well-deserved silver.
Peter Gilmore also finished fourth in the Master Barebow class.
