After a four-month hiatus on social media, he made his return to his official social media handle and penned a cryptic poem about "fighting depression" and dealing with emotional struggles. He expressed how he needed time to heal. In his note, he stated how he battled his inner demons which took toll on his health.

Clarifying his stance on the video, which was posted on his Instagram stories, he mentioned that his video was misinterpreted.
