CLEVELAND (WJW) -- Federal and local authorities are sharing the latest on an investigation into an alleged organized crime ring operating in Northern Ohio.

U.S. Attorney Rebecca Lutzko has called a media briefing for 1 p.m. on Wednesday. You can watch that briefing in the player above.

Also expected to speak are Deputy Assistant Attorney David Rody and FBI Cleveland Special Agent in Charge Greg Nelsen.

They'll be joined by Cleveland Police Chief Dorothy Todd, Cleveland Assistant Chief Deputy Marshal Anne Murphy, Cleveland DEA Assistant Special Agent in Charge Thomas Gergye, Columbus ATF Assistant Special Agent in Charge John Smerglia and David Jaffe with the U.S. Department of Justice's Violent Crime and Racketeering Section.
