Nightdive Studios has offered a fuller glimpse into Blood: Refreshed Supply, the newly restored incarnation of the 1997 cult shooter. The original's shadow-draped corridors and twisted occult energy return with a fresh coat of modern polish on December 4. This version will be available on PC and, for the first time, on consoles as well.

The studio's latest Deep Dive podcast sets the tone, bringing creators Dustin Twilley and Nick Palsmeier into the spotlight as they discuss shaping the new Marrow and Death Wish episodes. Their conversation traces how these expansions evolved from the classic game's trademark brutality. All while holding onto the spirit that made Blood such an enduring favorite.

This remaster builds on Monolith Productions' foundation, fully licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and extends the original experience without disturbing its feral pulse. Upgraded support includes 4K resolution, unlocked frame rates, local split-screen, online co-op for eight players, and expanded modding features. The game also introduces two new mission scenarios, with Marrow available at launch and Death Wish joining after release.

At the center of it all is Caleb, the undead gunslinger whose sardonic fury cuts through 42 sprawling levels. His hunt weaves through crypts, catacombs, and moonlit slaughter grounds filled with cultists, shambling corpses, and other distorted beings. His weapons cabinet mixes the familiar with the unsettling, pairing the Flare Gun and Napalm Launcher with sinister relics like the Voodoo Doll and Life Leech.

Blood: Refreshed Supply arrives December 4, 2025, across Steam, GOG, the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series XS, and Nintendo Switch for $29.99. A Nintendo Switch 2 version follows in early 2026, extending the crimson trail a little farther.
