Puma and New York City-based designer Danielle Guizio have reunited for their third collaboration, launching globally on Saturday on 's official website, flagship locations and select retailers.
"This collection is rooted in everyday wear, redefined vintage classics with a modern touch. I wanted to create a balance between comfort and structure including baggy tracksuits with a unisex fit, a zip jacket that sculpts the body, and a pleated skort that feels comfortable yet snatched," designer Danielle Guizio told WWD in a statement via email.
The Puma x Guizio capsule collection marries Guizio's feminine sensibility with '90s flair. The centerpiece of the capsule is the Puma H-Street, described by the brand as a retro running silhouette rooted in the early aughts Harambee spike.
"What makes this special is how naturally the partnership came together. Danielle is deeply connected to her community and knows how to speak to them in a real, authentic way -- something we truly value at Puma," Christina Mirabelli, global marketing director of Puma sportstyle, told WWD in a statement. "For us, it's not just about creating product; it's about building relationships that help us reach new audiences and tell our story in relevant ways."
The H-Street design gets a refresh courtesy of Guizio's hand. The updated look features an understated palette and tactile mix of airy mesh and fuzzy suede in light beige, balanced on a subtly yellowed sole that nods to vintage wear, per the brand. The look includes interchangeable lace sets in brown and neon green, allowing for personalization, along with a discreet Guizio tag to signify the collaboration.
The collection also includes Puma's T7 tracksuit, designed in a navy colorway with a bold side-stripe detail, and in black and bronze with a sleek finish. Guizio's approach to style endures in this collaboration through the Active top and skirt coords.
Alongside Guizio, Puma has "been able to create something that feels fresh while staying true to who we are as a brand. After the strong response to our Speedcat collab, we are excited to launch a full capsule, now introducing the Puma H-Street as a new silhouette," Mirabelli said.
Prior to their latest collaboration, Puma and Guizio partnered on designs for the Speedcat Mesh sneaker in 2024. The shoe featured in a bold lime-and-cream duo, then a follow-up with the undemonstrative iteration in black-and-white.
"Each piece is designed to live as a staple in your closet, anchored by the cream Puma H-Street shoe, a clean essential that completes our collaboration wardrobe," said Guizio. "The collection is about versatility and an ode to the Guizio DNA: pieces you can reach for in any season, at any time, and always feel confident, put-together, and comfortable in. We're so excited for our launch!"
