Laguna Blanca 8-man football pulled out a 32-30 Homecoming Game victory over Villanova Prep on Saturday in Hope Ranch.

The Owls leaned on their rushing attack throughout the game, led by Jorge Gonzalez, Harry Ryan, Ben Garfias, Mike Couvillion, Oliver Archibald and Max Bunnin on the offensive line.

The running back duo of Kevin Castillo and Jaden Yanez combined for over 200 yards rushing and a trio of touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Carter Plowman punched in a key rushing touchdown of his own to make the lead 24-14 in the third quarter.

The Laguna Blanca defense made some clutch plays in the fourth quarter, including several stops by Ryan to hold on for the victory.
