Ant and Dec have spoken out for the first time since it was announced Gary Lineker had taken the crown for best TV presenter at the National Television Awards (NTAs).
The pair, known for shows including I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! and Saturday Night Takeaway, had been the kings of the prestigious award for 23 years - until now.
Gary Lineker, the former Match of the Day host, accepted the award on Wednesday (September 10) in front of many other celebrities.
Ant and Dec were not present at the NTAs this year, as they are currently filming in South Africa for a new series of I'm A Celebrity.

However, the pair were quick to post a video on their Instagram story, addressing Gary's win.
Dec said: "Good morning from sunny South Africa. It's us. We just wanted to jump on here and say a huge thank you to everybody who voted for I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! last night."
Ant added: "Everyone here is very very happy, also thank you to everyone who voted for us for the best presenter category, even though we couldn't get it across the line this year."
"We were beaten by an up-and-coming new guy. Sixty four year old whippersnapper, Gary Lineker."
Dec continued: "Well deserved. Congratulations Gary. Great speech too."
Ant jumped in: "Thoroughly deserved."

Gary accepted the award on stage last night, graciously thanking everyone he has worked with, adding the prize "demonstrates that it is OK to use your platform to speak up on behalf of those who have no voice."
He added: "It's not lost on me why I might have won this award."
Gary left the famous football show he is most widely known for back in May after a 26 year stint.
