Hume J. Donnan Galway - Hume J. Donnan, 60, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. He was born in Ballston Spa, New York on October 7, 1964, to Hume and Christine Donnan.

A graduate of Galway High School and Cobleskill College, Hume ran the family farm, Donnandale Farm in Galway until 2012. Hume then began working for Infinity Custom Harvesting driving trucks and tractors, continuing his interest in agriculture.

Hume enjoyed hunting, watching football, and snowmobiling. He participated in basketball, dodgeball and was an avid walleyball player. For many years he showed cows at the Saratoga Co Fair.

Hume is survived by his beloved and devoted partner Jennifer Phillips, children Kyle Donnan, and Katie Lindsey (Lee), grandsons Trey and Connor, sisters Deborah Pardee (George), Christine Spotts (Brian), and Cathy Brush (Frank), many nieces and nephews, and his fur companions Tucker, Sass, and Piper.

Relatives and friends are invited to a calling hour on Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Woestina Reformed Church, 1397 Main Street, Rotterdam Junction. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Woestina Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Hume may be made to the Town of Florida Volunteer Fire Department, 1169 Bulls Head Road, Amsterdam, NY 12010 or the National Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 1 Marcus Boulevard #104, Albany, NY 12205.
