CAPITAL REGION, NY (WRGB) -- For all the book lovers out there, we have another book club recommendation

Latham Base, author Kathryn Biel, released her latest book, 'Alive and Kicking'; it is #4 in the Boston Buzzards Series.

Biel describes the book as a sports romantic comedy; yet it deals with some serious issues, like grief, abandonment, anxiety, and reading disabilities.

"Although my books are light and fun, and I would definitely consider them palate cleansers, they still have a little bit of substance to dig your teeth into," said Biel.

Kathryn joined the weekend morning show to talk more about the latest book.
