Martial arts training facility expands to 2nd N.J. location

A martial arts training facility has signed a lease for space in a Morris County shopping center, marking its second location in New Jersey.

David Branch Jiu Jitsu will occupy a 2,111-square-foot at Pine Brook Plaza in Pine Brook, according to Azarian Realty Co., the property's leasing and management agent. The space was formerly occupied by F45 Training.

The new tenant brings the 7,941-square-foot shopping center to 100% occupancy.

Pine Brook Plaza is a one-story retail property with seven tenant spaces ranging from 900 to 2,100 square feet.

David Branch Jiu Jitsu offers various martial arts training classes including Brazilian and Combat Jiu-Jitsu, No Gi, MMA, and Muay Thai.

The gym also provides strength and conditioning classes and children's jiu-jitsu programs through membership or private training options.

The business currently operates a location in Hoboken.

Other businesses at Pine Brook Plaza include Number 1 Chinese Restaurant, Taqueria La Unica, Poke 46, Luxe Hair Salon, Spa, and Nail Connection.

Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented the landlord in the transaction, while SABRE Real Estate represented David Branch Jiu Jitsu.
