MARSHALL, N.C. (WLOS) -- NASA comes to Madison County with a new exhibit. It showcases planets from beyond this world.
If you visit Marshall's public library, you will see the interactive exhibit about planets outside the solar system.

The library is one of ten in the country exhibiting the planets.
"This is part of NASA's universe of learning and its teaching about exo-planets which is the solar system and universe outside our solar system, so this is the latest cutting edge on space science right now," said Library Director Kim Bellofatto.
The exhibit has plenty of ways for students and parents to learn about planets and think well beyond just the basic planets like Jupiter.

Coming up Friday, March 14 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. is a party and open house.
The exhibit welcomes schools to book and bring entire classrooms out for field trips.
