Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Health has launched a new virtual nursing program powered by Andor Health's AI-driven ThinkAndor platform.

The health system is launching the ThinkAndor Virtual Nursing program at Sentara Norfolk (Va.) General Hospital. This system is designed to free up bedside nurses for direct patient care by automating administrative tasks, including admission and discharge planning, according to a Nov. 14 news release.

The program will start in the medical-surgical and intermediate care units, with plans for expansion across the health system.
