Harshvardhan Rane Buys Two Lavish Apartments In Mumbai's Madh Island

Harshvardhan Rane seems to be celebrating his strong run at the box office with a major personal milestone. The actor has purchased two upscale apartments in Mumbai's Madh Island, an area he has often spoken about with fondness. The property move comes at a time when his films are enjoying renewed popularity and consistent commercial success.

Rane's back-to-back hits in 2025, including the re-release of Sanam Teri Kasam and the well-received Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, have placed him firmly back in the spotlight. As reports surfaced about his new real-estate investment, the actor fuelled the buzz by sharing a glimpse from the paperwork process. He posted a photo on Instagram Stories showing himself at a biometric counter, writing, "Took me 10 years in Mumbai to reach this biometric counter! This city is kind (sic)."

Both apartments are located in Madh Island, a quieter corner of Mumbai that Rane has repeatedly described as one of his favourite neighbourhoods. The timing also aligns with his growing professional momentum. Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, directed by Milap Zaveri and featuring Sonam Bajwa, has reportedly collected Rs 78 crore, according to Sacnilk. Their successful partnership will continue, as Rane and Zaveri have confirmed another film together.

Harshavardhan Rane made his film debut in 2010 with the Telugu release Thakita Thakita and later entered Bollywood with Sanam Teri Kasam in 2016, a role that earned him a Stardust Award nomination for Superstar of Tomorrow - Male.

Rane first appeared on television in the series Left Right Left (2007-2008) before moving to films. Over the next few years, he featured in several well-received Telugu projects such as Naa Ishtam (2012), Avunu (2012), Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013) and Anaamika (2014). His Hindi film career strengthened with performances in Taish (2020), where he played a gangster, followed by Haseen Dillruba (2021) and the 2025 sleeper hit Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, in which he portrayed a politician.
