"I love watching your dedication to your family, friends, faith and your work. It's been a blessing to be on this journey with you & I can't wait to watch where life takes us. Have the best day & another fantastic year," the post continued.

The couple became engaged in December 2023.

The carousel opened with an adorable close-up of the actor kissing the model's cheek as she smiled at the camera.

A wider shot followed that revealed their attire; Champion wore a black form-fitting dress, while Schwarzenegger wore a brown plaid tweed suit with a burgundy tie.

Additional photos showed the couple near the water. In one snap, the couple coordinated in pastels, with Champion wearing a mint green halter top dress and Schwarzenegger wearing a baby blue suit.

A close-up selfie showed the couple posing in front of a palm tree, while another showed them wearing bathing suits at a lake. Other snaps showed the couple posing before a sunset and smiling on a grassland.

According to Schwarzenegger, however, it was the last set of photos of the couple, who have been dating since 2015, that he wasn't meant to share.

"I'm gonna get in trouble but the photos at the end are so funny to see now. Love you chomppppp @abbychampion," he shared in the caption.

The throwback photos showed the couples' much younger selves posing for selfies and included a snap of them at a football game.

While speaking to PEOPLE for the February digital cover, Schwarzenegger said that watching each other grow up has made their relationship more special.

"Over the course of the years, I just continuously fell in love with her more and more, with the kind of human that she was becoming and that the relationship was becoming," he said. "I think one of the best things that we've had is that we've grown a lot together and we've grown our personal relationships, but also our careers together."
